The calculators and guides provide general informational estimates. They are not payroll, legal, tax, accounting or employment advice and do not certify compliance with federal, state, local or contractual requirements.

User responsibility

Verify inputs, formulas, employee classification, the applicable workweek, regular rate, break treatment, overtime rules and final payroll records. Do not rely on this site as the sole record of hours or wages.

Intellectual property and permitted use

You may use the calculators for lawful personal or business calculations and link to public pages. Site text, visual design and original software may not be republished, sold or presented as another service without permission, except where applicable law permits.

Availability and liability

The site may change, correct or discontinue tools without notice. No guarantee is made that every browser, calculation scenario or legal rule is supported. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions made solely from an estimate or for indirect losses caused by unavailable or incorrect service. Acceptable use

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in a user's place of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the courts determined under mandatory applicable law.
